Is there a minimum commitment period?
There is a 6-month minimum term that covers 3 months of training and onboarding, and 3 months trial of our e-commerce support services.
I already have an e-commerce store. Will this help?
Definitely. Our services are structured to support you no matter where you are in your e-commerce journey. You get to choose services where you need help on so you can be sure that you get the support that’s right for you and your business.
What is the billing schedule?
Members will be billed in advance, every month. You will also receive a transparent billing summary including a detailed explanation of Shopify’s fees.
What is the hourly rate?
LE Digital offers one of the best hourly rates for web services in the industry, currently the hourly rate is 40+GST per hour.
Which package is right for me?
The Start-up package is designed for any e-commerce store with less than $15,000 in sales every month while our Expert package is perfect for those getting more than $15,000 in sales and need more advanced resources. Essentials offers to pick and choose what services can benefit a busy retail shop with limited time & budget, where Professional offers full services and ecommerce store assistance.
Can I cancel my contract anytime?
There is a minimum 6-month commitment for our services. This is enough time for us to gather data and optimise strategies based on results. After 6 months, you will have the option to opt out. If you choose to do so, you can keep your e-commerce store by paying the $399 annual renewal fee for Members and $1,299 for non-members.
What do fees cover?
Opt-out fees cover the process of ecommerce store and site migration to the member including any changes to migrate the domain and ecommerce store ownership, remove the LER assets and branding and migrate payment portals. LER members have a reduced fees as they pay a subscription service for membership. Non-LER members have higher fees for onboarding and offboarding, as this is still a highly competitive market cost to develop an ecommerce store including domain registration and site deployment.
